What makes the Faithful Formation Project unique? The market is full of resources from conservative voices, and we seek to compile the progressive voices that are already doing this work as well as produce new resources that do not exist yet. We will partner with church leaders, other institutions, authors, podcasters, therapists, graduate students, and others who are passionate about creating resources to form a faith that lasts in the next generation.
-
What do you mean by “progressive faith values?”“Progressive faith values” means that our work is rooted in the Christian faith and is intentionally affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities, gender diversity in ministry, and antiracism. Progressive faith values can also include topics like ecological stewardship, justice and advocacy, disability rights, and respect for neighbor regardless of age.

Working with us means gaining insights from pastors, therapists, researchers, writers, and ministry professionals.
